New Integrated Systems

The development of low-cost, high-performance, and wearable electronic devices requires new structures and materials compatible with a variety of substrates. We aim to apply new materials and process developed in the group for the fabrication of new integrated systems in special niches such as sensing and lighting. From fundamental point of view we would like to develop engineering strategies that utilize the nanoscale phenomena and interactions giving rise to new functional devices that interface gas, electrolyte, and biological systems.
