Donato Maria Carretta

Donato was born in Salerno, Italy. He obtained his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Università degli studi di Napoli ‘Federico II’ in 2021. In 2023 he obtained his M.Sc. in Chemical engineering from Politecnico di Milano. During his studies he joined the Nanomaterials Engineering Research Group led by Prof. Chih-​Jen Shih at ETH Zurich as an exchange student for his master thesis. In December 2023 he started his PhD studies in the same group. His research is focused on the nanopatterning and device integration of Lead Halide Perovskites.
