Our group members successfully moved our new PVD systems in (7 tons in 8 big crates).
On 19th of June 2023, we spent two entire days to unpack and move 5 PVD systems, including 3 evaporators integrated in gloveboxes and 1 DC/RF/HiPIMS sputter to our new lab at D130/D132. Well done everyone!!
